چکیده
It is still an open question whether software agents should be personified in the interface. How should faces be used to make the agent more usable and likable? In order to study the effect of faces and facial expressions, we compared subjects' responses to and evaluation of different faces and facial expressions of entertaining agents. In terms of facial features, realistic faces are better liked and rated as more intelligent than abstract faces.
